Take Cover Scenics is a privately owned business based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom.   Any enquiries about our use of your personal data should be emailed to info@takecoverscenics.co.uk.  

When you use our website to browse our products, a number of cookies are used by us and by third parties to allow the website to function, to collect useful information about visitors and to help to make your user experience better. Some of the cookies we use are strictly necessary for our website to function.  We also use Google Analytics.  To opt-out of Analytics for the web, visit the Google Analytics opt-out page and install the add-on for your browser. When you submit an order via our website, we collect your name, email address and shipping address.  We will respond with an acknowledgement email to ascertain any customisations required.  If you email us for any general enquiry we will respond to the email address provided.  Once we have commenced work on your order we may email you again with updated information on how the build is progressing and estimated shipping dates.  We will keep enquiry emails for two years, after which time they will be deleted and no personal data retained. 

Online ordering is processed via PayPal and only you and PayPal will have your account information.  Take Cover Scenics will not receive or retain any of your financial information.

Your data is never sold to any third party.

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct, amend or delete it.   You can ask us to give you a copy of the information.  Email info@takecoverscenics.co.uk.

If you have a complaint about our use of your information, we would prefer you to contact us directly in the first instance so that we can address your complaint. We regularly review and, if appropriate, update this privacy policy.  If we want to make use of your personal data in a way that we haven’t previously identified, we will contact you to provide information about this and, if necessary, to ask for your consent.
