Shipping and Postage

All products are handmade to order, and each piece is individual, unique, and ready to use on the games table.   Because of the current high volume of orders and commissions, you will be advised of an estimated despatch date via email, once your order has been placed.  If you wish to discuss likely delivery dates prior to ordering please send an email to john@takecoverscenics.co.uk. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Bespoke commissions may take longer and you will be contacted to discuss your requirements, at which time an estimated shipping date will be advised.

All items will be sent "signed for" either by Royal Mail or courier depending on the destination and the weight and size of the package.

It's important to mention that Take Cover Scenics is a "small business" and is therefore not registered for VAT.  For International orders, please note that TCS is not responsible for any local taxes, import duties, VAT, customs or handling charges that may be levied on entry into the destination country.
